Pipe Pile Splicer is a device mainly used to connect pre-stressed concrete pipe piles. A tubular pile is a long, piled concrete structure that is commonly used for foundation support of buildings or to improve soil stability. The purpose of the pile catcher is to connect two sections of pipe piles together to form a continuous support structure.
The method of using pipe pile connectors is as follows:
- Clean the surface of the pipe pile: before connecting the pile, the ends of the two sections of pipe pile need to be cleaned to remove soil, oil and other impurities.
- Aligning the Pipe Pile: Align the two sections of pipe pile to be joined, ensuring that the centerlines of both are on the same axis. Positioning devices can be used to aid in alignment.
- Installation of jointing device: Install the jointing device on the end of the two sections of tubular piles, make sure that the jointing device fits tightly with the tubular piles without gaps.
- Fixed connection: According to the specifications and design requirements of the tubular piles, choose the suitable connection method, such as welding, screw connection, etc.. Fixthe two sections of tubular piles together to ensure firm connection.
- Testing and acceptance: After the completion of connecting pile, testing and acceptance is needed to ensure the connection quality meets the design requirements. It can bechecked by knocking, X-ray and other methods.
