2010.02
We rented a 400 square meter factory and established a Lili Processing Department, focusing on processing the surrounding hoist parts. The equipment in the factory is outdated, including one 6180, one 6150, two second-hand 3160, one tricycle, and three mechanics. In addition, the boss delivers goods and the boss's wife cooks. Although the conditions are simple, we have the drive to work hard and endure hardship.
2011 ~ 2013
After three years of hard work, we are no longer a processing department. We have registered Rugao Zhongcheng Pipe Pile Machinery Co., Ltd. By chance, we came into contact with concrete pipe piles and began to own our own products. While producing pipe pile machinery supporting products, we also sell pipe pile screws. The boss is both a polisher and a porter. We unite and strive to achieve our beautiful ideals. Our sales revenue at the end of 2012 was around 2 million yuan, and by the end of 2013, our sales revenue had reached around 5 million yuan.
2014 ~ 2016
Through continuous efforts, the 400 square meter factory building can no longer meet production needs. In April 2014, we relocated for the second time and replaced it with an 800 square meter factory building, increasing from three employees to more than ten employees. We began to invest in screw production lines and produce screws for pipe piles. At that time, there was no working capital. From the initial difficult start of tens of thousands of yuan, we experienced numerous obstacles and difficulties. We maintained the belief of unity and hard work, turned difficulties into motivation, and survived the most difficult period. From two or three customers to dozens of customers, we worked hard not to disappoint everyone's expectations. Our sales revenue in 2016 was around 10 million yuan.
2017 ~ 2018
In order to expand production capacity, we no longer rented factories for the third relocation, and now have 30 acres of state-owned land. Finally, we have our own home. We have grown from a dozen or so people to over thirty people, screws have evolved from one line to four lines, old equipment has been updated and replaced, from old lathes to advanced CNC automation equipment. At the end of 2018, our sales reached around 25 million yuan.
2019 ~ 2020
We have just caught up with the peak period of the pipe pile industry, and are making every effort to continuously recruit personnel and invest a large amount of equipment. By the end of 2020, we had more than 90 employees, including more than ten senior technical personnel. We have improved our enterprise management system, pursued process quality, and constantly innovated, and have a place in the pipe pile supporting industry. Sales have surged by leaps and bounds, reaching over 60 million in 2019 and over 80 million in 2020. We have always adhered to the corporate culture of "responsible and honest management", followed the management philosophy of "people-oriented, governing by inaction", and upheld the corporate purpose of putting customers first and reputation first.
2021 ~ 2023
Three years of time have passed by like a white horse, and on the path of constantly pursuing excellent quality and perfect service, we have taken one step at a time, steadily advancing and gaining unanimous praise and recognition from colleagues in the industry. The company will have over 100 employees in 2023, with sales reaching 100 million for two consecutive years, and sales exceeding 120 million by the end of 2023.
