The anti-rotation of this wire rope is realized by changing its structure as well as twisting direction. It can minimize the self-rotating tendency of the wire rope. Because the anti-rotation wire rope has an independent core, its twisting direction is opposite to that of the outer strand. With this structure, even in the case of large lifting height and wide load surface, the moments between the core and the outer strand of the wire rope cancel each other out and the wire rope does not twist. Since rotary drilling rigs at home and abroad are currently not equipped with dynamic pulleys, the wire rope has a large single rope tension. This should be equipped with wire ropes with good flexibility, good abrasion resistance, anti-rotation and good resistance to extrusion. Especially for multi-layer winding of the front winch reel, it is recommended to use the wire rope with the same twisting direction to avoid imprinting on the inner strand.
